McGregor first informed the media that he could fight in December against Michael Chandler but later tweeted that “they are” not letting him fight in December. At first, he tweeted, “Learn then implement. I am undefeated in the UFC against anyone with the courage to rematch. Unbeaten Double Weight Unified World UFC Champion.“

Later he also wrote, “I’ve beaten anyone I’ve faced twice. I’ll best anyone in two shots. Anyone. Any weight.” When fans came across these tweets, they reminded him about how he has lost two times to Dustin Poirier out of the three bouts they fought. Later, fans also reminded him about other strong fighters who defeated him.

One of the fans pointed out how McGregor removed the word “rematch” from the second tweet, as he has lost to Dustin Poirier twice. McGregor and Poirier locked horns for the first time at UFC 178.

Back then, it was McGregor who won the bout via TKO in the very first round. Later, they squared off at UFC 257 and UFC 264, and in both of these fights, the Irishman lost the bout.

Another fan went for a wild prediction. According to him, if McGregor fought against Jake Paul, he would never be able to beat him.

Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov locked horns for the first time in UFC 229. Back then, ‘The Notorious’ lost the bout in the fourth round via submission. A fan reminded McGregor that he would once again lose to Nurmagomedov if they went for a rematch.
