Another surprising addition to the NFT was that it had certain aspects of Nurmagomedov‘s MMA career as a crucial part of its plan. As stated, it gave holders a unique chance to multiply their rewards by 29; ‘The Eagle’s number of wins in his undefeated career.

Despite the 34-year-old’s efforts to market this product, his fans have clearly appeared to be against this deal. And this was quite evident in the comment section as well.

Fans react to Nurmagomedov’s latest NFT post on Instagram

The amount of criticism that the Russian was subject to was quite overwhelming. Many of his fans told him to step away from the deal, while others pointed out how cryptos and NFT were a bad idea.

Many of the fans just asked him to stop the promotion.

“Please don’t.”

“This ain’t it.”

“Not a good look chief.”

One fan wondered if someone hacked his account.

“Has he been hacked?”

Another threw out some serious criticisms towards Nurmagomedov, calling him a sellout.

“Selling out. The last person you’d expect.”

Surprisingly, one ardent fan was quite eager to purchase the NFT but deemed it to too expensive.

“Love you and all. Would love to buy and be part of it. But 2000 dollars each is too much. I think there should have been different tier prices to different tokens. Not a flat unaffordable price.”

A majority of fans also asked him to stop the scam, even asking him to not throw his morals.

“Bros enjoying his life a little too much he forgot to train.”

“The UFC money already over?”

“Bro don‘t throw your morals away.”
