The matchup is much anticipated as Kamaru Usman looks all fired up to face the champion Leon Edwards to regain his glory. The former champion looks like he means business in London, according to UFC commentator Joe Rogan and his close studies.

Joe Rogan is an avid fan of the fight game and has made a statement on the upcoming bout in a recent podcast. Furthermore, he has warned ‘Rocky’ of a ‘wild’ fight against the ‘aggressive’ former champion.

Rogan spoke about the Welterweight Championship at UFC 286 in his latest podcast. Additionally, JRE #1957 saw Rogan speak to fellow podcaster Shane Gillis about UFC 278 too, wherein Usman and Edwards came face to face.

After watching the clips of the previous event, Rogan said, “This weekend is going to be wild.” The UFC commentator also said, “Kamaru Usman seems very intense. I’m watching all the UFC shows that they do. You know they do all the behind-the-scenes stuff. It’s like f*ck, he’s intense…This is going to be a wild one.”

Certainly, Rogan expects the former UFC welterweight champion to come to all guns blazing, as is evident from the recent press conferences.

Joe Rogan is all excited about UFC 286 and expects a ‘wild’ bout

The UFC commentator expects the trilogy between the two prime welterweights to be a ‘wild’ showdown despite not being present at the event. The controversial podcaster further stated, “I think Kamaru is going to be very aggressive.”

Moreover, he also listed some facts from their previous encounters. About UFC 278, Rogan added that Edwards was the first fighter to takedown ‘The Nigerian Nightmare’. Furthermore, he also added that the fighters are much different now than they were in their first bout, referring to their skills in striking and wrestling.
