During the UFC 244 press conferences, both the fighters were cordial with each other. Apart from the usual competitiveness among fighters, there seemed to be no rivalry. However, that seems to have changed.

The 35-16-0 record holder lost the fight through a unanimous decision. Days later, he had an altercation with ‘Chaos’ in Miami.

Post the UFC 272 fight, their hatred only grew many folds.
