The entire MMA community came out and shared wishes for America’s Independence Day to commemorate the Declaration of Independence. Chiefly, ‘Happy fourth of July’ was trending across Twitter as fighters all over the UFC’s roster sent out good wishes. Not to mention, even fighters from other countries joined in on the festivities and engaged with fans on Twitter.
Twitter is usually a platform that fighters use to call out each other, however, the air was filled with jovial cheer. With the UFC on a hiatus this week, it gave fans and fighters a chance to slow down and enjoy the moment.
