Along with the list of all the achievements, Rogan, due to his obsession with martial arts, has trained himself in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

He used to be a professional MMA artist but chose a smarter career option in standup comedy and reality T.V. Recently, welterweight contender Jorge Masvidal acknowledged the podcast hosts’ impressive fitness levels. The UFC commentator has a ripped torso that makes him look way younger than he actually is.

The former fear factor host impressed ‘Gamebred’ with how he’s managed to age over the years. Rogan has a fit and healthy body because of the healthy practices he follows. ‘Gamebred’ wrote “Beast Mode 💪” to compliment the senior MMA expert on his incredible gains.

The podcast host is completely against gaining weight and believes people should take care of their bodies. In a recent podcast episode, Joe Rogan reacted to an old chain smoker, who ran an entire marathon while smoking. And even claimed his addiction to be better than obesity.

The host engages in multiple fitness practices to achieve this incredible body. Such as, ‘Sober October‘, a fitness challenge, he does along with his buddies to improve his fitness. Throughout October, Rogan avoids the consumption of alcohol and does intense workouts to shed more calories.

The UFC commentator enjoys the benefits of a Carnivore Diet

The stand-up comedian follows another sincere practice to maintain his body fat. Joe Rogan takes “The Carnivore Diet” seriously. As part of this diet, Rogan avoids the intake of any vegetables or fruits in his meals. Rogan claimed that his energy levels went up and he felt amazing after he tried this diet. Also lost 12 pounds and improved his vitiligo.

Apart from that, the host also indulges in intermittent fasting, where he doesn’t have any food for 14-16 hours.

These healthy habits, along with regular exercise, keep Joe Rogan fit and fabulous, even as he gets older. His dedication managed to turn the eyeballs of Jorge Masvidal.
