Jon Jones arguably made the greatest comeback in the history of UFC this Saturday. The American fighter moved up in class and showed no signs of ring rust. In a fight much easier than it appeared to be in the lead-up, ‘Jonny Bones’ quickly dismantled the Frenchman Ciryl Gane in just 2:04 minutes with a guillotine from the corner of the octagon.
In the aftermath of the fight, it appears that Jon Jones’ fiancée, Jessie Moses, is sticking by his side. Moses’ appearance likely came as a shock to MMA fans who follow Jones closely given the last time he publicly acknowledged her was in February 2022 when he took to Twitter and said that she left him for good shortly after his September 2021 arrest for reported felony vehicular tampering and misdemeanor domestic assault. In a since-deleted tweet, Jones wrote, “My fiancée left me about two months ago, today she finalized that she won’t be coming back. If you are a Jon Jones hater, have a toast, I feel like shit”

As reported by USA Today, Moses informed police that Jones had assaulted her, which left her with bloodied mouth and clothes. Although the charges were dropped months later, it still cast a dark cloud over the fighter’s reputation. However, it appears that the two have put their differences behind them, as evidenced by their presence at UFC 285.
Jon Jones acknowledges his past and his love for Jessie Moses
It appears that he has also made strides in his personal life by acknowledging his past mistakes and repairing his relationship with his fiancée, Jessie Moses. Immediately after winning the championship at UFC 285, Jones made a special mention of his fiancée during the post-fight interview. “I want to thank my beautiful fiancee Jessie for being my biggest supporter. I love you so much. My biggest supporter,” said the 35-year-old.
After a protracted absence, it appears that Jon Jones has taken the past three years to reflect on his actions and admit that he is not a perfect person but is constantly striving to improve.
During his interview with ESPN, Jones opened up about his troubled past and how he has learned from his mistakes. The 35-year-old acknowledged that he made mistakes, but is always looking on the bright side. Jones stated, “We all have our past, and thank God that he’s making me the man that I am today.”

He added, “Me and my family are better than we ever have been. I just thank God so much for him using me to let other people see that none of us are perfect and that despite your downfalls, the sky is the limit for those who don’t give up, for those who know how to get down on their knees and pray. And I thank God for this platform. It means the world to me.”
