Could Jon Jones' fight with Stipe Miocic be the final chapter of his legendary career?

Jon Jones’ return at UFC 309 has been back in the discussions. But even though the heavyweight champion has dominated the Octagon against many powerful opponents, his fight against Stipe Miocic has put the fighting community in a bit of worry. The last time Jones and Miocic were set to fight each other, ‘Bones’ tore his pectoral muscles and was unable to fight. This rescheduled fight took 1 year to materialize, but fans are still wary of Jones’ health. But thankfully, the heavyweight champion has relieved all worries with a major health update.

Jones shared a picture of himself inside a room that seemed part of the hospital. In the caption, he wrote, “Finishing up all my medicals and physicals for the fight. Looks like I’m a healthy boy.” This was indeed the update that the entire fanbase was waiting for. But the blue shorts were what Dana White’s champion focused on. He continued, “I’m gonna ask if I can keep these cool shorts! These are what the youngsters call drip I think.”

Not too long ago, the New Mexico resident got in touch with Gary Brecka. In case you’re wondering, he is the same man who treated Dana White when the UFC CEO was given a prognosis of just a decade. With his company, 10X Health Systems, the human biologist and bio-hacker has helped quite a few athletes recover from their injuries. And Jones was one of them.

The undisputed champion took to Instagram and shared his recovery regime following an intensive cardio workout. He indeed got a cold plunge and later went in for a hot bath. And Brecka seemed to have approved the process in the comments section. Jones seemed all ready to claim yet another victory in the Octagon.

Of course, Jon Jones had no one but Brecka to thank for his active recovery. And that he did via social media. Let’s see what ‘Bones’ had to say about the bio-hacker.
