Despite speculation about his fighting future, Conor McGregor has stated that he is focusing on something more than a comeback. With his sights set on legacy and a $411 million investment in Bare Knuckle FC shaking up the combat sports world, the Irishman is no longer simply fighting opponents but also establishing empires. However, as fans and critics speculate on his next move, ‘The Notorious’ has provided a rare glimpse into what is most important to him these days: preparing his children, particularly his oldest son, for the future. And, as always, he has his own unique method of teaching them what it takes by offering million-dollar advice.

It’s the kind of advice that seems crazy until you recall who it’s coming from. Conor McGregor did not simply become a multi-millionaire by throwing punches; he created an empire. From headline-grabbing UFC fights to a blockbuster boxing match against Mayweather and the Proper Twelve whiskey fortune, his rise is legendary. So when his son looks at him and wants to have “millions like Daddy,” ‘The Notorious’ keeps it real. There are no silver spoons here—only fists, flames, and a family heritage of survival.

“I say to my son, ‘You want millions like your daddy has? You’ve got to fight for it like your daddy had to,’” McGregor said during an interview with Bare Knuckle News. “It’s easy money. Fighting is easy money, especially for a McGregor.” He wasn’t simply talking up the sport; he meant it. The Irishman sees fighting as second nature, having come from a long line of warriors. From opposing persecution in the hills of old Ireland to sparring at Crumlin Boxing Club, the McGregors have long fought for their rights. That legacy, he believes, lives on in his son—but he’s not in a hurry to force it.

For now, McGregor’s son is more into football, and that’s fine with Dad. The fight game can wait. “Greatness doesn’t rush,” he says. “If it happens, it happens.” Whether his children choose the cage, the pitch, or something else entirely, the Irishman guarantees them one thing: unconditional support.

“I’m not in a rush. You know, greatness doesn’t rush. We want to protect and preserve, build them up, and let it happen in its own time. If it happens, it happens. If it doesn’t, whatever they wish to do” But what if they desire a fast pathway to big money? They already know where to look. However, till then, Conor McGregor is fixated on expanding his $411 million venture, and he is promising fans some unfiltered action.

Conor McGregor shares a massive aim for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship

While his children choose their own path, Conor McGregor’s own trajectory is as unrelenting as ever. With the UFC chapter gradually closing, the Irishman has pushed himself headfirst into a new battleground—one where gloves are removed and savagery takes center stage. BKFC is not a side project for the Irishman. It’s his next war, and as usual, he’s not here to play it safe. ‘The Notorious’ prefers loudness. He wants pandemonium. Most importantly, he wants to take it global.

Italy is next. And McGregor isn’t going to let that opportunity pass him by. With Camozzi vs. Hunt set to headline BKFC Florence, ‘The Notorious’ has ramped up the hype in typical style.  Taking to his Instagram handle, McGregor shared a video of the main event fighters Chris Camozzi and Lorenzo Hunt and captioned it, “Italy Main event. Pure unfiltered action.”  With this, he promised fans online absolute rawness that distinguishes BKFC from the competition. The promotion does not hide behind tradition. It’s coming out strong, and McGregor, as co-owner, is giving it the kind of push that only he can do. No middlemen. Just McGregor, feeding the fire.

Can McGregor's Bare Knuckle FC outshine the UFC in Europe, or is it just wishful thinking?

Have an interesting take?

But what makes this move more significant is the subtle jab it takes at Dana White and the UFC machine. While the UFC avoids European markets and is hesitant to commit, BKFC is already planting flags. From Spain to Italy, stadium fantasies to DAZN partnerships, Conor McGregor’s new empire isn’t waiting for a green light. It is already beginning. And if there’s one thing ‘The Notorious’ has always enjoyed more than fighting, it’s proving that the next big thing usually starts where others are afraid to look.

What do you think? Do you believe McGregor would be able to make the BKFC more popular than the UFC in Europe? Let us know in the comments.
