The 32-year-old MMA fighter was born in Brazil and currently fights out of Dublin, Ireland, where he and his wife shifted to so he can continue to train there. He trains at the SBG Ireland gym, where former lightweight champion Conor McGregor also trains. Ever since Johnny Walker made his UFC debut, he has lost five bouts of the fourteen that he has been in (including DWCS). Of those four, two came by unanimous decision. The other three losses that Walker suffered were by KO/TKO, and one of those took place recently.
His first knockout loss was dished to him by Corey Anderson back in 2019 when both fighters fought on the UFC 244 fight card. Before this fight, Walker looked really impressive, making quick work of his opponents. After losing to Anderson, Walker lost another fight before finding his footing.

The last knockout loss came against Magomed Ankalaev. They fought each other at UFC 294 first, when the fight was deemed a no-contest due to an illegal knee. Hence, they sorted out their differences in a rematch at UFC Vegas 84, where the Russian knocked the wind out of Johnny Walker with a 2nd-round knockout. Johnny Walker was on a winning streak before he was handed his first loss by Corey Anderson. The fight after that one was against Nikita Krylov. His next loss by unanimous decision came in 2021 when he lost his bout against Thiago Santos. The Brazilian UFC star’s victories and winning streak
Johnny Walker made his professional MMA debut back in 2013 in December. For four years, Walker fought out of Brazil and bagged an impressive MMA record of 10 wins with only 3 losses. His UFC dream started when he moved to England and fought under a number of promotions before he fought his way onto Dana White‘s Contender Series in 2018. His fight was against Henrique da Silva, whom he got the better of by unanimous decision. That earned him his spot on the UFC roster.
In the same year, on 17 November, Johnny Walker walked into the UFC octagon to make his UFC debut against Khalil Rountree Jr. on Fight Night 140. Walker immediately showed the world that he had come to take over as he secured a win in the first round itself, by knockout. That beautiful finish earned him his first bonus award of Performance of the Night.
His second fight was against Justin Ledet, which was held on February 2, 2019. Once more, Johnny Walker rose to the occasion as he knocked out Justin Ledet just fifteen seconds into the first round. He was awarded his second Performance of the Night bonus for this outing. Naturally, he became one of the biggest UFC prospects at the time.

Johnny Walker seemed unstoppable at this point as he picked up another win, this time over Misha Cirkunov. The Brazilian secured the win by a quick knockout in this fight as well. But then came his first loss and his impressive win streak was broken. He would then go on to beat the likes of Ryan Spann, Ion Cutelaba, Paul Craig, and Anthony Smith.
