Jonathan Haidt made an appearance at the Joe Rogan Experience promoting his upcoming book, “The Anxious Generation: How the Great Rewiring of Childhood Is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness,” which is set to release on March 26. Haidt brought up a topic that seemed to bring about some worry for the 56-year-old.

During the conversation, the JRE podcast host made a revelation which he was embarrassed about. Earlier in episode #2121 of the JRE, he stated, “It’s also an extraordinary amount of wasted resources I’m always embarrassed when I look at my phone and I see my screen time like four hours that’s four hours I could have done so many different things with.”

Though Rogan’s screen time of 4 hours doesn’t seem much compared to most people, it does seem to worry about the UFC commentator. With the way Rogan balances his work life, it is not surprising to see the UFC commentator get worried about how much he spends on social media. Rogan however, seems to be more intrigued by an upcoming boxing fight these days.

Joe Rogan Talks about the matchup between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul

Most people are not accepting of the fight between Mike Tyson and Jake Paul on July 20th. The matchup is frowned upon due to the fact that the boxing legend is now a senior citizen and Jake Paul is in his prime. However, Joe Rogan seems to share a differing opinion.

Rogan made a shocking revelation, as he stated, “No. Why? I don’t give a sh** if he’s [Mike Tyson’s] 55. That’s still Mike. Mike’s in good shape too, he, like trains everyday. He trains with Rafael Cordero who’s a legend in MMA, he runs King’s Mixed Martial Arts and Rafael is a world-renowned trainer. When you see him holding the mitts for Tyson and Tyson’s smashing the mitts, like Jesus, that guy can still f**k you up.”
