Elon Musk recently bought 9.1% stakes in the social media platform. Thus, he has shown his interest in the company. Also, Tesla’s head had hinted at introducing the highly awaited edit button feature for Twitter. Now, the richest man on the planet has made an offer to buy the company.

Joe Rogan, a friend and an admirer of Musk, shared an article suggesting the same on his Instagram.

The billionaire is pulling strings to have the infamous social media platform under his control. The tech giant made a poll on Twitter and asked, “Taking Twitter private at $54.20 should be up to shareholders, not the board”

Musk also shared the offer he made for Twitter. Also, he wrote, “Will endeavor to keep as many shareholders in privatized Twitter as allowed by law.”

Musk has made an offer of $54.20 a share, which is a whopping $43 billion, to take control of Twitter.
“Twitter has extraordinary potential. I will unlock it,” Musk wrote in his offer.

Also, Musk suggested a big change in the company as he wrote, “I believe that the company should be private to go through the changes that need to be made.”
Elon Musk refuses to join the Twitter board
With his recent over 9% stake, Musk had a seat on the Twitter board. However, the billionaire decided not to join the board at Twitter.
The CEO of Twitter Parag Agarwal shared the news. “Elon has decided not to join our board. I sent a brief note to the company, sharing with you all here.”

Now it appears Musk’s intention was not to be on the board of Twitter, but the full control of the social media platform.
