Joe Rogan Takes a Subtle Jibe at “High-Functioning Autistic” Elon Musk’s 10 Children- “Well, Elon Is”

Joe Rogan has had a number of recurring guests on his show. One of the most popular of them all is famous astrophysicist, Neil deGrasse Tyson. Tyson has literally blown away the podcaster’s mind on several occasions by sharing some of the most mind-blowing facts related to outer space. Moreover, with every statement that Tyson makes, it intrigues both the audience and Rogan himself; and that further leads to the conversation digging deeper. 

Recently, the scientist was a guest on the podcast, and the pair indulged in a prolonged conversation. In a brief stint during the conversation, the podcaster mentioned the billionaire entrepreneur, Elon Musk. Here’s what he said:

The conversation started off with Tyson explaining how people who are invested too much into their work don’t socialize. Rogan then questions Tyson, “Can I ask you a question about that? Do you think that that is an evolutionary advantage that in some way people are developing in this manner?”

He further added, “So that they can concentrate on things like technology like astrophysics and these very specific things that require an immense amount of concentration and extreme focus. Do you think there is a possibility that human beings are developing in that way specifically to accentuate our ability to innovate?”

The guest replied, “So it would be very hard to draw that conclusion as some kind of modern force of evolution because for that to be the case what would have to happen is those who have this sort of autistic level of focus so high functioning autism they would have to be making more babies that other people”

Upon hearing that one needs to make a lot of babies, Rogan quickly brought in the name of Musk, who already has 10 children, and said, “Well Elon is”. Both the guest and the host broke into laughter.

Nonetheless, it didn’t stop Musk from coming back again. Furthermore, even Rogan has always spoken very highly of the billionaire whenever an opportunity is provided.
