The JRE podcast is famous for bringing up topics from varied professions along with people from different fields of work as well. One of Rogan’s biggest strengths is his ability to engage in conversations with his guests, and his conversation with Williamson is proof of that. During the conversation, Williamson seemed curious to know about Keanu Reeves’s superhit series, John Wick. The UFC color commentator made sure he explained the entire series, starting from the first season till the fourth. However, he made a claim which might surprise the fans after listening to it.
Joe Rogan said, “See, this is what happened. He killed everybody because of his dog, and then he was ready to retire. He had to get his car back in the second one. The second one he shows up he kills everybody at the warehouse that’s storing all the hidden cars. And he then makes a toast with the Russian mob boss to peace. And you know, it’s like, can a man like you really know peace? He’s like, why not? He’s like, OK, cheers. So the guy freak out that John Wick doesn’t kill him. John Wick leaves, goes back to regular John Wick.”

He further added, “And then there’s the fourth one they are like over the top. Crazy. I enjoyed the fourth one, but it’s very different than the first one. The first one you could kind of believe that, all that could really happen. By the fourth one, they had a band and all that s..t. It’s like they have bulletproof jackets and it’s just like they’re running into bullets and it’s just cartoonish, but it’s fun”.
While Rogan claims the series to be a bit cartoonish, it will be intriguing to see how the fans react to the statement. However, this was not the first time Rogan discussed Hollywood projects. In his #2097 episode, the UFC color commentator praised the Hollywood movie ‘ The Color of Money’ (1986). Not only did he appear impressed by the movie, but he also developed a fondness for its actress, Mary Elizabeth. Why does he rate the actress so high? Let us find out.

Mary Elizabeth impressed everyone with her performance in the movie and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role. He said, “Have you seen the movie ‘The Color of Money?’ It’s Tom Cruise and Mary Elizabeth and she plays his girlfriend. She’s so f..ng hot. She is so young and hot… Oh, she was so hot back then… I think she’s still alive. But the point is she is an amazing actress too, and she played his girlfriend.”
He further added, “And she was talking to Paul Newman, and she had this chain around her neck. And Newman was like, ‘Where did you get it?’ She was like ‘it came from Vincent (Tom Cruise’s character)’. It was Vincent’s mom’s.” Hollywood has always been a topic for discussion for Rogan and his podcast, and he doesn’t shy away from sharing his opinions.
