With the success he’s had in the United States, Joe Rogan’s podcast is now one the biggest shows in the United Kingdom, as per ‘The Guardian’. Moreover, it has overthrown popular shows like ‘The Diary of a CEO with Steve Bartlett’ and ‘Off Menu with Ed Gamble and James Acaster’, just to name a few. However, this news comes at a time when ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’s deal with Spotify is coming to an end.
JRE’s Spotify deal will end in 2023
When Joe Rogan signed the $200 million deal with Spotify, it was the biggest contract that any podcast had ever been offered. Throughout the last three years, the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’ has only seen an upward rise in viewership. However, the deal is apparently coming to an end in 2023.
Recent reports suggested that Spotify had recorded an enormous loss of almost a quarter of a billion dollars in 2023. As such, CEO Daniel Ek stated that they will stop overpaying podcast hosts. Hence, it might affect Joe Rogan’s show going forward, and we may not get to see him on that platform in the future.

Given some of the controversial discussions that often find their place in the ‘Joe Rogan Experience’, Rumble could prove to be the ideal platform for the 56-year-old due to its focus on free speech.
