Joe Rogan has rubbed former POTUS, Donald Trump, the wrong way a few times. Starting from denying a seat at his podcast to claiming that he won’t support Trump in his quest, Rogan has made his stance clear. But things took a hilarious turn as the JRE host saw a video of Trump evading a question about his favorite verse from the Bible.
In episode #2193 of the Joe Rogan Experience, the 56-year-old podcaster sat down together with Jack Symes. And having a conversation with an established philosopher, a talk about religion was unavoidable. But soon, Symes asked Joe Rogan if he had seen the video of Trump when he was asked about his favorite verse from the Bible. Needless to say, the UFC color commentator was hooked. Symes asked the JRE producer to pull up the video, while answering an impatient Rogan that Trump probably didn’t have a favorite verse. Rogan reacted, “He doesn’t have one? Oh, he didn’t come along with a favorite Bible verse… I would have said Ezekiel.”
In the video, the former President was seen in an interview, where the interviewer pointed out Trump’s claims about the Bible being his favorite book. He further asked him to tell the audience about his favorite verse. But the ex-POTUS claimed that the Bible was a bit too personal to him and he didn’t want to share the details. Trump said, “The Bible means a lot to me, but I don’t want to get into specifics.”

Rogan was left in splits. But soon, he reflected back on his younger self. He revealed that he previously didn’t believe in religion. However, things were different once he got older. The JRE host said, “But as I’ve gotten older, I kind of have a belief that the arrogance of atheism is just as bad as the arrogance of the religious zealot. And that this whole thing is a massive mystery…”

Joe Rogan commends Donald Trump for one thing
With the fire of the 2024 Presidential Elections burning fiercely, Trump and Harris have been making quite a few statements in public. However, there was one statement that extracted nothing but laughter from the beloved UFC commentator. This urged Rogan to claim that Trump was indeed better at making people laugh and deemed him a comedian.
Rogan said, “The thing that he does, that he can do better than anybody alive, is just riff. He can go out there and have a crowd of people, and he’s funny, man. He does things like he did an Elon impression the other day—it was hilarious. He’s k*lling. He k*lls like a comedian. He’s funny; he’s funny like a comic. You know, it’s just that we don’t necessarily want that as the guy with his finger on the button. That’s all it is. That’s the thing that freaks people out.”

But as far as his likes are concerned, Rogan has made his opinion about Trump clear on multiple occasions. Yet, the netizens haven’t stopped asking Rogan to invite Trump to his podcast. After all, that might be the platform where the JRE host can ask him about his favorite Bible verse.
