The latest Joe Rogan Experience episode was a wild one, as Rogan had predicted. It brought to light some of the past issues between Hollywood star Robert Downey Jr. and Rogan’s guest Terrence Howard. Not only this but the episode also highlighted friction between renowned astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson and Howard. The ‘Empire’ star is famous for his statements on his own scientific discovery claims, but Tyson didn’t pay much attention to any of those and decided to not entertain the actor anymore.

The three-hour-long JRE episode saw the ‘Iron Man’ actor surprising the UFC color commentator with his scientific research over various theories and development of a new system called The Lynchpin bonding. Unfortunately, Howard’s ideas were dismissed by the great Neil deGrasse Tyson, something that didn’t sit well with Rogan.

Terrance Howard came on as a guest in JRE #2152 and each theory he presented about the universe and how we know reality, blew Rogan’s mind. The UFC commentator was listening to his ideas with rapt attention and intrigued by the incredible theories. Howard even presented multiple scientific proofs of his approaches that he showed to Rogan, and he had multiple patents to back them up. During the show, Howard detailed a lot of his work and how he had contacted deGrasse Tyson for his opinions.

However, deGrasse Tyson dismissed the actor’s theories and refused to listen to him further. Howard revealed, “Neil deGrasse; when he wrote his response to my paper, and he said, ‘if you have any other questions, you are gonna have to see somebody else’. He would not take my calls anymore I was like, ‘Okay’. So, I wrote the book based on those responses.”

Rogan was a little astonished at this behavior after hearing the theories firsthand. He believed, “That would be very interesting that that would be his take as a public educator. That he wouldn’t wanna talk to you anymore.” What is more interesting is that Joe Rogan had the astrophysicist in his podcast as a guest years back and he has talked to both Howard and deGrasse Tyson now.

This means that he knows both of their personalities to some extent, which might be the reason why he was astonished by the behavior of Tyson. No matter what the astrophysicist thinks, Joe Rogan was pretty impressed by the research that Howard had done.

During the podcast, Howard made many claims and presented his theories that would surprise many people and may even sound outlandish.

He claimed that he can “rebuild Saturn without gravity” and said he doesn’t believe in the number zero. Further, he described a new system based on physics and mathematics, called the Lynchpin bonding which he said is a “new hydrogen technology.” On the JRE, he showcased it via animations leaving Rogan surprised.

The Crash actor claimed that it could clean oceans and provide defense against exploitation through advanced drone capabilities. But in a more astonishing claim he said that he holds 97 patents, including one for Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality, which is cited by companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Sony. Meanwhile, on the show it was also revealed that deGrasse isn’t the only one who decided not to respond to Howard.

Earlier in the podcast, Howard revealed how he helped Robert Downey Jr. audition for Tony Stark for the first Iron Man movie. Howard said that the producers said they couldn’t get him to a bond, so he asked them to strike $1 million from his payment to accommodate Downey Jr. Later, when MCU planned to drop Howard from the second Iron Man film, he reached out to Downey Jr. hoping that he would return the favor, but the Triumph star was left hanging.

He recalled, “I called him 27 times and I left a message. I’m calling his assistant. I’m like, ‘I need the help I gave you.’ I didn’t hear from him until 3 years later when I bumped into him at Brian Grazer’s wedding.”

Still as the conversation on JRE transitioned into scientific research, Rogan was left fascinated by Howard and even took to Instagram to praise him.

Joe Rogan shows his appreciation for Howard

Rogan and Howard discussed the reception of Howard’s theory by the scientific community. The actor stated that when he wanted to show the research to deGrasse Tyson; the astrophysicist disregarded his ideas. He attacked the fact that the ‘Iron Man’ actor was taking aid from theories of scientists like Walter Russell, Viktor Schauberger, John Keely, and Tesla. Even after not getting encouragement from scientists, the 55-year-old’s spirits were not deterred.

He continues to research his ideas, and this made the UFC commentator impressed. Joe Rogan made open statements saying that at least some of these theories discussed by Howard had a scientific base and would be groundbreaking for the already known scientific theories. He admitted that this was one of the most interesting conversations he has had with a guest.

Rogan also shared a post on his Instagram handle to celebrate Terrence Howard and laud him for trying to make an impact in the world. “One of the most interesting conversations I’ve ever had, with the great and powerful @theterrencehoward. It’s a wild one, and I’m sure there’s going to be a lot of mixed reviews, but as crazy as some of the things this man is saying are, he’s clearly brilliant, and if he’s right it’s going to change the world,” he wrote.

Only time will tell whether what Howard is discussing can bring a change in the world. The scientific community might take some time to warm up to his ideas, but Terrence Howard is not planning to stop anytime soon.
