While talking to Jack Symes in episode 2193, the philosopher and researcher asked him why his podcast was so famous when there were many other podcasts present. Rogan said the strange reason and answered, “Well, first of all, we have lots of podcasts and lots of hosts. It’s just that mine is the most popular for a strange reason but that’s not my fault. I mean, I can’t alter it because it’stoo popular. That’s ridiculous.”
He said that one of the reasons it was popular was because he brought different people from different industries having myriad knowledge bases. This helped the audience of his podcast know about a lot of topics. And for some other people, Rogan himself was curious about their career and wanted to understand their mindset.

After all, he likes listening to people’s different opinions about different things and how they conclude. He said, “I have based from opinions about and I want to know why a person thinks differently. Or how they concluded or maybe there’s a person I admire and I want to understand their mindset.”

He has interviewed people of different stature, be it scientists or big leagues of Hollywood. He gives everyone a platform to speak their truth, even if it is outlandish or differs from other people’s opinions.
Joe Rogan reacts to his position as the most famous podcaster
Spotify had recently decided to put a feature where the users can see how many followers they have. Currently surpassing almost everyone Joe Rogan has 14.5 million followers on Spotify. Surprisingly it is not even his highest following because his YouTube channel has a fall of 16.4 million. To give you a better perspective, the commentator’s podcast has three times more followers than TED Talks Daily.

This was not overlooked by the color, commentator himself who shared a story by Cameron Haynes in his own Instagram story. Hanes captioned it as “@Joerogan is the goat. 3x the second most popular podcast.” It is not surprising that his podcast is so famous because he has a roster of guests who are subject matter experts on different topics. Terrence Howard’s mind-boggling revelations to the admin of AI from Elon Musk are just a few among several others.
