A recent assassination attempt on current US presidential candidate Donald Trump at his election rally in Pennsylvania this Saturday shocked the entire nation and raised numerous doubts about the reality of the attack. UFC commentator and podcaster, Joe Rogan, who never shies away from taking an interest in these kinds of matters, recently addressed the incident on his podcast, featuring comedian Sam Morril.
In Joe Rogan Experience episode #2178, Sam Morril questioned the details surrounding the attack. Rogan, however, seemed unconvinced by Morril’s perspective that the event might have been staged.

Joe Rogan criticized the security lapse and held the authorities responsible for the incident, emphasizing the shooter’s close range when the shots were fired at Donald Trump. “It was that close, dude. It’s so crazy. It’s so crazy, and the fact that they had such poor security guarding him, like, they did such a terrible job,” said Rogan. In contrast, Sam Morril, a popular young comedian from New York, expressed doubts about the authenticity of the assassination attempt. Morril mentioned that his uncle believed the attack might have even been staged. However, Rogan refuted this claim. He added, “I don’t think it’s not real.”
Even though the UFC commentator believed the attack was real and not staged, he still had his doubts about the entirety of the event. He stated, “Look, here’s the deal. Okay. I’m not accusing anybody of anything, just want to be real clear. But they have organized assassinations before. Sure. And when they organize assassinations, it looks just like that.”

Highlighting the bizarreness of the events leading up to the shooting, Joe Rogan referenced past assassinations to further his doubts about the incident. “When they organize assassinations, one of the things they like to do is have some f**king loser kill the president, and then they kill the f**king loser. And that’s a wrap. This kind of like stops all the leads,” furthered the UFC commentator.
From Joe Rogan’s statement, it’s clear that, like many American citizens, he is in disbelief and shocked that Republican candidate Trump was attacked despite the high security provided by the Secret Service. He also expressed his confusion on one of his recent podcasts with comedian Chad Daniels.

Are we in a Matrix?
Like the rest of the world, UFC commentator and podcaster Joe Rogan was in disbelief about the attempted shooting of Donald Trump. Rogan discussed the incident in Joe Rogan Experience episode #2176, leading him to even question whether we were living in a simulation like the Matrix.
Expressing his feelings, Joe Rogan said, “The whole thing is nuts… The whole thing stinks of either incompetence or a design, or we’re in The Matrix… The whole thing is bananas. He’s 20 years old, and then you find out he was in a BlackRock commercial? Is this the Black Mirror? Is this real?”

However, Joe Rogan wasn’t the only one shocked by the incident; former two-division UFC champion Conor McGregor also praised Donald Trump’s courage for running for president at the age of 78, noting that Trump could be enjoying a comfortable retirement as a billionaire but chose to serve his country instead. UFC CEO Dana White, a close friend of Trump, echoed this sentiment, calling Trump an “American Bad**s”.
