It was the 144th episode of the JRE MMA Show, where Joe Rogan had the middleweight sensation Jared Cannonier as a guest. They started talking about what the UFC fighters were permitted to do and what they weren’t when the dialogue started. Following the matter Rogan had an intriguing fact which he disclosed in his podcast. His prime intention was to shed light on what the UFC head honcho Dana White and Senior Vice President of Health Jeff Novitzky had to offer to the UFC rosters.

He said, “I think there is a lot of it. Like I was having a conversation with Jeff Novitzky about it. Like they are trying to introduce things like peptides and allow fighters to use things that help them heal from injuries. Give them exemptions from things like that.”

Just to let you know, peptides are popular aids to enhance the performance of fighters and help them heal from injuries quickly.

Well, if the UFC is so much concerned about the fighter’s performance and their health, they should indeed take necessary steps for enhancing their health. The conflict of health between Rogan and Strickland

Joe Rogan, a BJJ black belt, has been a big advocate for ice baths as he shared clips of himself taking them. Being a verbose supporter of martial arts, Rogan posts about his workouts and other health-related activities. Furthermore, he shared his ice bath video on Instagram.

Sean Strickland, though, sees one issue with it. He disapproves of the way some people advertise their ice baths. Another typical tweet from Strickland read, “If you take an ice bath and don’t post a picture with gay inspirational quote did you even take one?!? How did this become a thing…..” Well, that subtle conflict might not have affected Rogan’s health deeds further, as he still shares his health regime on social media.
