Every amateur fighter wants to become a professional, and the UFC provides many opportunities for them. Even during the pandemic, it made profits and entertained the fans. Some of the biggest names in the UFC are out of action currently, but the company made a profit of $1 billion in revenue in just nine months.
In a recent YouTube video, current bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley answered a fan question regarding a recent Joe Rogan statement: “Fighters wasting career outside UFC“. O’Malley replied, “I mean that’s what he said, but it sounds worse when you just read like a headline or something like that.” He further added, “If you are a professional fighter you want to be in the UFC. Even if you are not getting paid as much, you have bigger opportunity bigger for sponsors. You know more eye balls are on you. “
‘Suga’ completely supported Rogan and feels that every professional fighter should be in the UFC. The 29-year-old is currently in a winning role and will look to keep his momentum going. But who will the champion face next?

In a recent X post, O’Malley picked his favorite fighter for the welterweight division, which got a response from Islam Makhachev. Makhachev, the current lightweight champion, then responded to the tweet in his own style and picked the next opponent for ‘Suga’ and even predicted the winner.
