Tiger King and Joe Exotic have traced their way back to the headlines with a documentary about them. Exotic operated the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park. However, he was sentenced to 22 years in prison back in 2019, for 17 charges of animal abuse and 2 counts of attempted m*rder by hiring someone to k*ll the wildlife activist, Carol Baskin. It was later discovered that he even k*lled a few tigers and sold some others beyond the state borders.
Now, Exotic has come up once again as Joe Rogan made a confession. In episode #2203 of the Joe Rogan Experience, the UFC color commentator said, “You got Joe Exotic, who is also kind of running a strange little s*x cult. But you know, he’s just got all this personality, and he’s so interesting and fascinating.” The 56-year-old podcaster seemed to believe that if Exotic wasn’t in prison for his crimes, he would have become quite a popular entity.
Being a wildlife influencer and the caretaker of the tiger nicknamed ‘Tiger King’, Exotic could have achieved the fame that the legendary Stebe Irvin had. However, not everything happens as per the plan and he stumbled upon some illegal activities. Soon after that, Rogan pulled the former President of the United States into the scene and claimed that Exotic wanted Trump to get him a pardon.

The JRE host continued, “Well, he’s trying to get Donald Trump to exonerate him and pardon him.” But what stunned Rogan the most was Exotic’s ability to communicate from his prison cell. Rogan added, “I mean, he was constantly, after I talked about Tiger King, I get messages from that guy. I don’t know how he’s giving me messages. I’m assuming it’s someone who works for him. But I get messages all the time. Like you’ve got to help get them out, put them on your podcast, do this, do that.”

Now, let’s take a look at what Rogan thinks of Donald Trump. Netizens have been frequently reaching out to his team to get the ex-POTUS on his podcast. But, the JRE host has remained adamant in denying Trump the chance. However, Rogan has revealed the one thing about Trump that caught his attention.

Talking to Tom Segura in a previous episode of the JRE, the beloved UFC color commentator addressed the ex-POTUS as a funny guy. He said, “The thing that he does, that he can do better than anybody alive, is just riff. He can go out there and have a crowd of people, and he’s funny, man. He does things like he did an Elon impression the other day—it was hilarious. He’s killing. He kills like a comedian. He’s funny; he’s funny like a comic. You know, it’s just that we don’t necessarily want that as the guy with his finger on the button. That’s all it is. That’s the thing that freaks people out.”

This has urged the netizens to ask ‘Why doesn’t Rogan invite Trump to the JRE if he finds him funny?’ Well, Rogan has provided the answer to that a long while ago. He simply wants no part in promoting or helping Trump in any way. He has made this clear on numerous occasions. Yet, getting a 3-hour-long conversation with Trump is something that has the potential to boost Rogan’s fame and simultaneously entertain the netizens.
