Joe Rogan is one of the most popular individuals associated with the world of MMA. The stand-up comedian, podcast host and UFC color commentator has been involved with MMA for a long time and has a massive fan following.

Therefore, his fans from all over the world were upset to hear that he had tested positive for COVID-19. Ever since then, people have been speculating as to when Joe Rogan will return to the commentary team at UFC. The veteran commentator had earlier also missed the UFC 265 event, as he was busy with stand-up comedy.

However, now it seems like the veteran commentator will return to commentary at UFC 266. Rogan had recently taken to Instagram to reveal that he has tested negative for COVID-19. The fighter posted a picture of his test and thanked his fans for all their support.

This came as great news for Rogan’s fans as this means that Rogan could return to commentary at UFC 266. However, as because of COVID-19, some changes had to be made in Rogan’s stand-up tour. Therefore, one will just have to wait and see whether that affects his chances of appearing at UFC 266.

Dana White and Ben Askren had supported Joe Rogan and his views on vaccination

Joe Rogan has always been vocal about how he believes no one should be forced to take the vaccine. Rogan has always claimed that he was not anti-vaccine but just wanted people to keep an open mind when it comes to the vaccine.

Some people, though, did not like Rogan’s stand on the same and were quick to attack him as soon as he tested positive for COVID-19. While many people criticized the UFC commentator, various other supporters spoke in Rogan’s favor.

Two such individuals were UFC legend Ben Askren and UFC President Dana White. ‘Funky’ had taken to social media to hit on those who were targeting Rogan.

He wrote, “If you find yourself wishing Joe Rogan would’ve gotten sicker or worse, you need to take a deep look at your values and what’s in your heart.”

White also commented on the post and wrote, “100 the piece of sh*t media is so happy and excited he caught Covid.”
