Imagine͏ someone dr͏opp͏i͏n͏g͏ a ͏million ͏doll͏͏ars on your͏ de͏sk. It would be a ͏sight for many of us. ͏You͏ might hav͏e heard of a million ͏do͏͏llar͏s, bu͏t h͏ave͏ you ever see͏n a mi͏͏lli͏on dollars in cash in ͏real͏ life? Interestingly, even Joe Rogan had never seen a million dollars in cash until BJJ legend Craig Jones dropped his million-dollar stash in front of him on JRE MMA Show #157. The multi-million dollar podcaster was flabbergasted by the sight of the stash of cash.
How and why did Jones put the stash on Rogan’s studio? Craig Jones is holding a BJJ tournament and according to him the proceeds of this tournament would go to a good cause as even the event’s website Craig Jones Invitational (CJI) portrays itself as, “A nonprofit dedicated to elevating sport and athlete compensation, while simultaneously raising money for charitable causes.”
So what awareness does Jones want the people to have? The BJJ specialist wants the ADCC to increase the prize money for its fighters. Craig Jones Invitational is already making noise in the BJJ community and to prove that his event is already at its zenith, Jones poured the prize money for the competition in front of Joe Rogan.

A whopping USD 1 million will be on the line in two different weight classes. Winners of a weight class above 80 KG and one below will receive a million dollars each. So that’s why Jones stacked a million dollars on Rogan’s desk, which forced the UFC color commentator to say, “I’ve never seen a million dollars in one place! I’ve never even seen a million-dollar check.”
This sudden showcase of wealth and Rogan’s impression did not go well with the MMA community as they took to social media to school the fighter.

Well, witnessing Joe Roga saying that he has not seen a million dollars together might be a bit difficult to grasp because he is a multi-millionaire with a net worth of $200 million and earlier this year he signed a deal with Spotify for $250 million for ‘JRE’. “This must be old because I’m sure rogan made 100+ million from Spotify years ago,” wrote a social media user.
Showing off a million dollars in front of a multi-millionaire might not sit well with the community, as they think that Jones’ insecurities might be getting to him. “Imagine being so insecure you carry a mill in cash to show it off .” Furthermore, a fan questioned the validity of Rogan’s statement about not seeing a million dollars in life saying, “Rogan is so full of like how did they pay you then Joe if you’ve never even seen a million dollar check, they just payed him in weed and Deer jerky or something.”
Is Craig Jones asking to be robbed? Or the question should be, is it so easy to rob Jones? “Blud is asking to get robbed,” asked a fan. Meanwhile, Joe Rogan might have wanted to dodge a bullet by staying humble, but it seems he ͏turned the bazo͏oka on hims͏elf, ͏as fans are͏ not k͏een on the podcaster’s behavior. One of the MMA fans slammed the UFC commentator saying, “Rogan is full of shit.”

Another social media user seemed upset with the fighter, as they called out Craig Jones by writing, “Remember everyone this is a guy who preaches fitness etc and then uses drugs this is a man who uses steroids then accuses fighters who beat his fighters of using steroids Craig Jones isn’t nor has ever been a nice guy.”
Joe Rogan might or might not be lying about seeing a million dollars in his whole life. What’s your take on the situation? State your opinion in the comments below.
