America has spoken, and the second season of Donald Trump’s presidency is underway. His cabinet is taking shape, with Trump announcing that Elon Musk and former GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy will lead a new Department of Government Efficiency (or DOGE, in reference to Musk’s cryptocurrency, dogecoin). Trump said in a statement that Musk and Ramaswamy will pave the way for his administration to dismantle government bureaucracy, drastically reduce excess regulations, cut superfluous spending, and restructure federal agencies.
This is a sign that Musk will have a substantial role in Trump’s presidency, but what if we tell you that the tech mogul’s next goal is to save the world? Not just him, but even Joe Rogan is gearing up to save this civilization from collapse. We say that because in ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ #2223, the duo talked about the fall of our civilization and how we can help prevent it from happening.
In the episode, Rogan wondered about the chances of our civilization failing to exist in 100 years. To this, the Tesla CEO responded that he doesn’t think that our civilization will be totally destroyed unless there’s a massive global nuclear event. However, there are more chances of us becoming obsolete due to our technology being outdated to match the future requirements.

So what is the key to this problem? Being aware of the issues and choosing the right leader? Is the onus on people or their leaders? Rogan gave his take on how to tackle the issue – “The logical hope is that people pay attention to history, recognize the patterns of how civilizations have collapsed, and learn from them. When they see what’s going wrong in our current society, they should aim to mitigate those issues. History offers countless lessons—if we can recognize those, we can course correct. The idea is to manage and maintain what we have now because what we’ve built is extraordinary. That’s the hope, whether it’s tied to an election or the broader future.”
Seeing that Donald Trump has won the elections and considering how the tech billionaire has become one of the president’s closest allies, Elon Musk can now start working on tech projects that’ll help humanity survive future calamities, as Joe Rogan warned. After all, he is a genius and a futurist, a self-taught programmer who created and sold his first video game (‘Blastar’) at the age of 12, and who went on to become one of the richest men on the planet. In essence, he is a real-life Tony Stark, and now that he has the President’s support, the sky is the limit. They might even have the blessings of former president Joe Biden, as per Rogan.

After all, Donald Trump, who he endorsed in this election campaign, was elected by a landslide win over Democratic candidate Kamala Harris. What’s your perspective on:
Did Joe Biden really vote for Trump, or is Rogan just stirring the pot for laughs?
Have an interesting take?
The photo features Biden smiling broadly at the camera while Trump sat beside him, and Rogan found it to be truly hilarious. In fact, Joe Rogan believed there was a deeper reason behind Biden’s smile. But what was it? Well, he speculated that Biden wanted Trump to win. He said on JRE #2230, “You know one of my f***ing favorite things of this whole election cycle was yesterday when Biden and Trump sat down in the White House. Biden voted for Trump. I guarantee it. I f***ing guarantee it.”
The UFC commentator recounted how uneasy and awkward then-President Barack Obama looked after Trump won the presidency for the first time. Biden, on the other hand, was all smiles, which Rogan interpreted as proof that he had voted for Trump. But what do you think? Do you believe in his theory about the end of civilization or the one about Joe Biden voting for Donald Trump? Let us know in the comments.
