American actor Chris Hemsworth is one of the most desirable men on the planet. The actor famous for playing Thor enjoys an immense fan following, and he is currently busy with his new release, ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’. While Hemsworth stays busy, some fans have criticized the actor for his physique. Recently, American podcast host Joe Rogan bashed such fans.

While appearing on the Flagrant podcast, Rogan was asked who, according to him, was the hottest guy. The veteran color commentator answered, “Probably Thor, right?… For sure, USADA is not knocking on Chris Hemsworth’s door.”
He further added, “You don’t get that big without immense amounts of hard work. There is no way. You just don’t. People think he always just takes steroids, bro, relax.”

The veteran color commentator is obsessed with fitness. He also opines that everyone must take care of their body. The color commentator believed there was no nobility in not caring for your own body.
Joe Rogan calls not caring for your own body silly
Along with being a veteran UFC color commentator, Joe Rogan is also a fitness enthusiast. Rogan trains in many martial arts and also indulges in different exercises.

Once on his podcast, he criticized people who chose to not work out. Rogan said that he does not mean to say one has to become a bodybuilder, but he is of the belief that it is important to keep the body moving. The veteran color commentator said, “It’s just a laziness thing, it’s a discipline thing.”
Rogan believed that the idea of not caring for the body isn’t something good. He added, “This idea there’s some sort of nobility and humility and not caring about your body, it’s silly.”
The podcast host loves to work out. Rogan once said that every Sunday, he schedules all his workouts for the following week. In his training regime, Rogan inculcates yoga and weight training. Along with that, the color commentator also loves training in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu. He also has a very good diet.
