Non-renewable energy sources like fossil fuels have probably run their course and are in the last leg of the life cycle. The problem of carbon emission and its impact on climate has compelled Elon Musk to look for alternatives. The billionaire business tycoon has kick-started various enterprises that are actively working to offer such solutions.

The push toward electric vehicles and solar power is seen as the natural next step. However, Joe Rogan seems unconvinced whether this new approach will benefit humanity.
Joe Rogan doesn’t think a jump to electric cars is the answer
The UFC Icon laid down his thoughts in the latest episode (#1815 featuring Black Keys) and why electric cars might not be the answer. Joe Rogan’s good friend Elon Musk has continued his push with Tesla, but the veteran commentator feels humanity requires clean energy.

He said,” The weird thing is that people wanna say is that zero-emission. This idea is that this is the solution that is going to fix it for us if we all have electric cars. Cause you gonna have to power that electricity, Until we figure out how to make clean electrical power. If you have clean electrical power and it is modern nuclear and it works really well, and it is relatively less toxic.”
“I mean you have some nuclear waste that they have to dispose of now, but apparently, they are really good at that now, They can make a reactor that can function and not go down, if they can do that, that’s clean. Otherwise, you have to find some way to make that f****g power, to juice up that battery.”
During a conversation with Joe Rogan, Musk revealed his thoughts about and even compared it with a mad game. The Space X founder believes electric cars can topple our emissions and help save our planet.

Elon Musk is still hoping to change the world
Unfortunately, the same concept cannot be applied to Rockets, but on-road vehicles can benefit from it. Instead of making electricity from other means, he believes solar cells might be the answer.

Musk said,” But with rockets, there is just no other way to get to orbit, unfortunately. But with cars, there is definitely a better way with electric cars. And to generate the energy do so with photovoltaics because we got a giant thermonuclear reactor in the sky called the sun. It’s great, it shows up every day, very reliable.”
