It appears that Joe Rogan’s decision to side with Apple Inc. may have come back to haunt him! The feud between iPhone and Android users has been raging ever since both brands changed the smartphone market forever with their unique approaches to design, function, and user satisfaction amongst other factors. While the iPhone was first unveiled to the public in 2007, it wasn’t long before Google also threw its hat into the ring leading to almost 15 years of ‘rivalry’, not just for the brands but also for their users.

And during his appearance on the JRE (Joe Rogan Experience), UFC’s Dustin Poirier found himself on the receiving end of some jabs by Joe Rogan for using an Android phone. Dustin Poirier’s wife hasn’t forgotten Joe Rogan bullying her husband for his Android phone

In his appearance on the JRE MMA Show #102 in February 2021, Dustin Poirier attempted to show Joe Rogan some pictures from his surgery which involved the doctors removing a lot of “bone” from his body. While trying to share the picture, Poirier was apparently facing some difficulties which prompted the podcast host to interject and ask, “What’s happening with your phone? Do you need help? Maybe you should get an iPhone, would be super f**king easy.”

But ‘The Diamond’ was unfazed as he kept trying to share the picture, and when Rogan asked if he was going to “get an iPhone?”, Poirier responded by simply stating, “No”. This piqued Rogan’s interest as he then asked if Poirier was, “…committed to the Android phone?”

Rogan continued to tease, mentioning the strong commitment some people have to Androids and how many eventually switch to iPhones. And while Poirier admitted he had considered it he still wanted to remain loyal to his choice of phone.
