Rogan was recently hosting stand-up comedians: Ari Shaffir, Tom Segura, and Bert Kreischer in his podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Episode 1892 was naturally a very interesting affair. Further, a lot of to-and-fro banter happened. But the most interesting thing that took place was a full-blown push-up contest.
Joe Rogan gets a stiff challenge from Bert Kreischer
Bert Kreischer popped up the question. He asked Rogan, “Who do you think could do the most push-ups right now in a row?”
Rogan was quick to claim that it was him. He said, “Definitely me”. The conversation then turned into a challenge when Rogan added that he could double the number of whatever Bert Kreischer could do.
He said: “sure whatever you do, I’ll do double.” It was right here that Joe Rogan’s studio started looking like a high school dorm. As everyone in the room got really excited and pumped up. Bert claimed he could do an “easy 40″. Joe Rogan responded, saying, “You don’t think I could do 80? “. The sequence of the performances was decided and Ari Shaffir got down first. He pulled out 15 push-ups that he himself accepted were a record.
Bert Kreischer came next. He started confidently and passed Shaffir’s 15 with no discomfort. Kreischer reached 33 before stopping. Rogan, however, poked fun at Bert Kreischer. He said, “by the way none of those count, oh none of those are legit all right. Not a single one was legitimate”

By now, Ari Shaffir had his camera out. Everyone looked excited to watch if Rogan could double Kriescher’s number, as he had earlier claimed. Rogan then took over the show with speed and technique. Not only did he complete 66 push-ups while Tom Segura and Bert Kreischer counted, but he also reached a whopping 75 push-ups.
