UFC flyweight star Jessica Andrade is one of the best female fighters on UFC’s roster. She has competed in three divisions in Dana White‘s promotion. Andrade recently opened up about going through se*ual abuse during her younger years and also talked about her OnlyFans channel.

The 31-year-old boasts an MMA record of 24 wins and 9 losses. She has the record for most knockouts in women’s strawweight and is a former UFC champion in that division. The Brazilian is currently ranked 3rd in the women’s flyweight division. Andrade is currently on a 3-fight win streak with her last win coming against Lauren Murphy.

Her grit, ability, and determination have always made Jessica Andrade a force to reckon with in the women’s division. She even started her OnlyFans account in late 2021 due to requests from her fans. However, she stopped using her channel and explained the traumatizing reason behind it.

Jessica Andrade opens up about her dark childhood

Andrade appeared in a Brazilian podcast ‘Cortes do Connect Cast’ and revealed that she felt tormented using OnlyFans. Being on the platform made reminded her of all the childhood trauma she had suffered. Andrade said, “I used to have [an OnlyFans account]. I don’t anymore.”

She added, “I never liked doing that. Can you believe it? That was really bad for me. Because I have childhood traumas, stuff like abuse, and everything. When I did that [OnlyFans], I felt the same way. I felt my hands were tied. I couldn’t react.”

‘Bate Estaca’ stated that she never talked about her childhood suffering before to anybody else other than the closest people in her life. “I hated it, hated it. I had never spoken [about childhood abuse]. Only the closest people knew. Now the whole world will know. But it’s part of it.” said the former UFC champion.

Andrade mentioned that her trauma didn’t allow her to say no to those fans’ requests. Andrade continued, “It was something that really traumatized me and I didn’t know how to say ‘no’. It referred to me [to what I had experienced in childhood]. When the first pictures leaked, it was really bad. Because I had to pretend that I was fine, and I wasn’t fine.”

However, Jessica Andrade has carved a legendary career in the UFC. She has her sights set on facing Zhang Weili to avenge her 2019 championship bout loss. She has maintained that she went to China to defend her title. Now Zhang Weili will have to defend her title in Brazil.
