Multibillion-dollar UFC head honcho Dana White is often criticized for the fighter’s minimum pay in his promotion, which is around $12,500. YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul, a prominent critic of White, has repeatedly questioned the UFC’s pay structure. Recently, ‘The Problem Child’ disclosed that he was banned from UFC arenas, though he reportedly sneaked into The Sphere, where UFC 306 was held last week.
Meanwhile, White dismissed the ban, stating, “OK, let’s put it that. Nobody’s banned from the UFC.” Jake Paul has now extended an offer to Dana White to end their rivalry but with one condition.

Jake Paul is currently busy promoting his highly anticipated boxing matchup against Mike Tyson, scheduled for November 15 and set to stream on Netflix. While promoting his upcoming bout on the Jed I. Goodman show, ‘The Problem Child’ addressed the Dana White issue and claimed he is ready to bury the rivalry. He stated, “The only thing I’ve really asked for is to change the minimum fighter pay from $12,500 to $50,000. This way, fighters who have to work multiple jobs or fight only once a year could still live off that. If they fought twice a year, they’d make $100,000, which is great.
Paul further highlighted the UFC’s annual income, which was disclosed to be around $4 billion when TKO Group acquired the promotion in 2016 in 2016. He remarked, “It seems like, with the UFC making three or four billion dollars, why not give a little more to the fighters? It’s only $20 million. That’s been my biggest thing: make that change, and I will shut the f–k up.”

Jake Paul may be in the mood to bury his rivalry with Dana White, but is the UFC head honcho ready to end the feud from his side? It’s hard to say. If we look at Dana White’s past, he has never truly ended his grudges once they start brewing, as evidenced by his recent interview where he again took a verbal jab at ‘The Problem Child’.

Dana White gives Jake Paul a dose of reality
As the highly anticipated Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson exhibition fight draws near, the biggest question on everyone’s mind isn’t just about who will win—it’s about how much cash this fight will rake in. And it’s no surprise why this matchup is making waves. First, we have Mike Tyson, the legendary former heavyweight champion, stepping back into the ring after his last exhibition against Roy Jones Jr., which came 15 years after his retirement. Then there’s the wildcard—Jake Paul, ‘The Problem Child,’ who’s made a name for himself by taking on veteran fighters and cashing in big, despite the constant criticism from purists.
Recently, Dana White, a man who knows a thing or two about pay-per-view success, weighed in on the upcoming fight during his appearance on the 2 Bears, 1 Cave podcast. When asked about the potential PPV sales, White didn’t mince words. Acknowledging his ongoing rivalry with Paul, White quipped, “He’s (Mike Tyson) been very strategic in his career, making sure he handpicks the right guys. And if this one actually happens, Tyson’s the Golden Goose. Tyson’s the one who actually sells Jake Paul’s pay-per-views.”

It’s a bold statement, but White may have a point. Tyson’s return to the ring is the kind of spectacle that captivates fans, old and new. But will Tyson’s star power be enough to carry the show, or is Paul’s meteoric rise the real draw here?
