How ‘T Wrecks’ lost the streak in UFC Vegas 50:

‘T Wrecks’ was on a winning streak before he was defeated at the hands of Drew Dober in UFC Vegas 50. The wins included Fares Ziam’s submission with a rear-naked choke and a knockout of Matt Frevola at UFC 263. However, his bout against Dober did fare well for the lightweight star.

Although McKinney tried his best to finish the fight as soon as possible by handing Dober countless punches, the opponent easily defended himself. However, when Dober took McKinney and pinned him down on the ground, the referee had no choice but to intervene. Later, Dober was the one who rose victorious with a TKO.

Nonetheless, McKinney has kept on his training routine and has been working harder than ever. He would definitely have numerous chances to rise up again. Without a doubt, the fighter is going to be backed by the former Strikeforce champion, Jake Shields, as well.
