Fans often want to take inspiration from the star athlete’s diet, but usually, these do not come across the internet on a border level. A famous YouTuber and bodybuilding enthusiast, Aseel Soueid tried The Notorious diet and shared his experience.

After attempting the diets of NBA great Michael Jordan, NFL G.O.A.T. Tom Brady, and other professional athletes and big-name celebrities on his YouTube channel, a video of Conor McGregor’s diet for a day showed how the elite martial arts professional keeps himself in the best shape.

Attempting the Conor McGregor diet

The YouTuber’s entire day’s diet had 6 meals (2389 calories):
