With all the buzz around their Heavyweight title fight, many have voiced their opinions on who will come out on top. Surprisingly, ‘The Silencer’ recently made headlines thanks to his bold remarks and open challenge to ‘Bones.’

Now, in an unexpected twist, former welterweight and lightweight contender Jorge Masvidal has given his two cents on the clash of the Heavyweight titans. What’s more – ‘Gamebred’s opinions may take ‘Bones’ fans by surprise, as he makes some wild claims about the UFC 295 headliner bout. In the same vein, Masvidal argues why this might be one of the “better” fights in the UFC’s Heavyweight division.

In a recent interview with Chamatkar Sandhu, a popular MMA journalist, ‘Gamebred’ shared his opinions on the Jon Jones vs Stipe Miocic bout. Sandhu kicked off the discussion by asking the former UFC fighter for his take on the bout.

The 38-year-old retorted back with a series of very apt arguments. According to ‘Gamebred,’ Jones faces a formidable challenge from Miocic, a naturally “bigger man” with strong wrestling skills. The ex-UFC fighter reasoned, “I think that Stipe has some things that are going to give Jon [some] problems. Like he’s naturally a bigger man, right?”

Masvidal admits that Miocic’s natural size advantage and wrestling skills can pose problems for Jon Jones. Miocic’s wrestling prowess, honed through training with top athletes like Mark Coleman, makes him a force to be reckoned with.

What’s more – sharing a similar view, UFC’s ‘Notorious’ star Conor McGregor recently stunned fans with his take on the fight. The Irishman seems concerned for his friend Jones, as he believes Miocic could pose to be a real ‘trouble’ for UFC’s #1 fighter.

However, ‘Gamebred’ is also aware that Jones presents a distinct challenge altogether. “Obviously Jon Jones is different – bigger, longer, stronger. I’m very interested to see how that goes,” Masvidal added. As the #1 pound-for-pound Heavyweight champion, Jones faces a formidable challenge from Miocic, a naturally bigger man with strong wrestling skills.
