However, it is safe to say that only the sky is the limit and now, Conor McGregor hopes for it to double its revenue in 2022.

UFC 275 is well underway, as the prelim card continues to put on a great show for Asian fans. With the main card still less than an hour away, McGregor shared a tweet to lend his support to a dear friend, Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

The Polish fighter has defended ‘The Notorious’ time and time again and praised him for summiting the Mount Everest of mixed martial arts. The Irishman became the first fighter to lift two world titles simultaneously, kick-starting the era of champ-champ.

McGregor took to Twitter to suggest that Jedrzejczyk was robbed on her last outing, and it was now time for her to settle the score. He dubbed the marquee female matchup between Jedrzejczyk and Zhang Weili as extraordinary while wishing for the UFC to touch the $2 billion mark. 

Jedrzejczyk will make her return to the Octagon after being away from the sport for nearly 2 years. She pursued other interests ranging from business ventures to Rally race car driver and even picked up the position as an analyst.

Can the UFC stack up to Conor McGregor’s wish?

The promotion is already doing well in the recent year, as a key report stated that UFC may have had the best year possible. The organization reached the $1 billion mark, as it continues to pick up key partnerships that add more revenue. UFC President, Dana White, has led the organization to this height, and he continues.

Undoubtedly, the promotion can attain this goal in 2022-2023, only if all the major stars make a return to the sport. The list includes names like Stipe Miocic, Francis Ngannou, Jon Jones, Conor McGregor, and more.
