Before every UFC fight, the MMA fans are split into two. There is a group of people who support a particular fighter, and then other sections support his or her opponent. One recent fight that showed the enormity of the fanbase happened between Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira. Most of the people strongly believed that once again, ‘Poatan’ was going to own the Middleweight belt. What strengthened the belief of the people were the previous three bouts between ‘The Last Stylebender’ and ‘Poatan’. In all the previous three bouts between them, two in kickboxing and one at the UFC, Pereira defeated Adesanya. However, the fifth face-off between the longtime rivals was a total game-changer.

At UFC 287, the Nigerian star knocked out ‘Poatan’ within four minutes and twenty-one seconds into the second round. The victory called for a massive celebration among Adesanya’s fans, who still kept their faith in his ability to win over Pereira. It’s been more than a month since the bout; nonetheless, the Nigerian still celebrated his victory as it had happened a day before. Additionally, he keeps thanking his fans, who are happy with his success.

Israel Adesanya shares the happiness of his “family”

Recently, ‘The Last Stylebender’ took to his Instagram handle to share a live reaction video of a family watching the UFC 287 bout between Pereira and Adesanya. At the beginning of the video, the family members looked anxious. However, as Adesanya knocked out Pereira, they jumped for joy. Each and every member of the family was unable to contain their happiness, so they got up from their seats, laughing and cheering for Izzy. Even the kids in the house were running around out of excitement. The video was a perfect example of the family’s love for Adesanya.

After sharing the video Adesanya wrote, “This will never get old…this is family!” Later he added, “BROKEN NATIVE to the BRAIN!!” After watching their happiness over Adesanya’s victory, he called them his own family.

Alexander Volkanovski was super happy for ‘The Last Stylebender’

Soon after his victory against Pereira, Adesanya shared the live reaction video of the current Featherweight champion, Alexander Volkanovski. After watching his teammate win, Volkanovski was extremely happy. ‘The Great’ wanted to celebrate the moment, and he was very much excited about the victory of his best buddy.
