UFC 275 is merely a few hours away and it will pit several top stars of the promotion against one another. The card features two title fights, as it will put the light-heavyweight title and women’s flyweight title up for grabs. UFC middleweight champion, Israel Adesanya, shared his take on all major bouts and even placed massive bets on Valentina Shevchenko, Joanna Jedrzejczyk, and Jiri Prochazka to win.

This will be defending champion, Glover Teixeira’s first outing as the champion while flyweight queen, ‘Bullet’ Valentina Shevchenko will defend her title for the 7th time.

On top of that, fans will also get a chance to witness the 2020s fight of the year rematch on the card. Two former strawweight champions Zhang Weili and Joanna Jedrzejczyk will once again collide inside the octagon.

He took to Instagram to share his bets, as he splurged out nearly $10k on the three fighters. He predicted Jedrzejczyk to take the win via decision and placed a bet of $2k. On the other hand, he chose ‘Bullet’ to take the win via KO and placed a bet of $2k on her as well. Lastly, he chose Prochazka to beat the Brazilian and placed a massive bet of $4k. 

If all three predicts go the way of ‘Style Bender’, he stands to gain nearly $20k on the investment of $8k. But in reality, MMA bouts can end in many ways than one, and Adesanya’s bet very well falls off.

Robert Whittaker wants one more crack at Israel Adesanya

‘Style bender’ is on a hot streak as his unbeaten run at middleweight continues as he aces through various challenges. He is on an 11-fight win streak in the middleweight division, with just one loss suffered in his light-heavyweight debut against Jan Błachowicz. Whittaker aimed to use the tricks employed by the polish fighter but failed to do so.

In a recent media scrum, he shared his honest views about facing his arch-rival for the third time in the UFC.

He said,” I want to get back at Israel. I want the third fight, especially after the way, the third fight went, I want that fight with him. I am good at middleweight, I think I will test the waters at 205, one day. But I am going to give it one last dig, one last run at him.”
