Islam Makhachev was not lying when he said that Renato Moicano was a “predictable” fighter. With this one in mind, the Dagestani did not hesitate to easily knock down the Brazilian and submit him with relative ease with a D’Arce choke in the first round of his UFC 311 main event. So, while many expected him to take a jibe at the UFC for giving him an easy fight, Makhachev instead decided to laugh at Khabib Nurmagomedov‘s woes instead.

Unless you have been living under a rock, you must be aware of Khabib Nurmagomedov’s recent incident with Frontier Airlines. The former UFC Lightweight Champion boarded a FlyFrontier airplane. Before the plane took off, a hostess approached the Dagestani and asked him to switch seats, as he was sitting in the exit row, and she felt that the language barrier could be an issue in case of an emergency. While ‘The Eagle’ clarified that he speaks English, he was threatened to get kicked off. As a result, he decided to strike out on his own without making a scene. Now, Islam Makhachev has taken a shot at the incident in his Instagram story.

In a clip uploaded by the UFC 311 star, the Dagestani fighter’s team can be seen eating food and seated very close to each other on the flight’s exit row. In fact, four men were seated on the floor as they ate. So, when a stewardess approached and spoke to them in their native Russian, Makhachev jokingly asked her to kick them out. But that’s not all. The lightweight champion also took aim at Frontier in the caption as he wrote, “Lucky it’s not [Frontier] or whatever their name is.”
