The MMA fighters practice and polish different combat styles and, later on, incorporate them into their distinct fighting style. One of the most popular martial styles, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, gained traction among the fighters. Notably, BJJ also gave multiple champions to the UFC. For instance, Royce Gracie, BJ Penn, and Charles Oliveira, among many others. Additionally, Ronda Rousey utilized one of the most noted techniques in BJJ, the armbar, to the maximum as she made her victims tap out. While the victims found it hard to escape from the deadly lock, a viral clip from the internet suggests that the ‘intelligent option’ is to bite the grappler.
In a training video that made rounds on the internet, one deemed coach gave a detailed breakdown of how to escape the deadly lock. However, instead of using any technical manual, he relied on his survival instincts and the use of the brain and, more particularly, his mouth.
