Mark Zuckerberg is many things. Tech mogul, billionaire, philanthropist, and now, a martial artist. The father of three is serious about his martial arts and won a BJJ tournament in California earlier this year. But how does his family feel about it?

The man who trains him and is behind his martial arts success, PFL fighter Khai Wu joined our own Noah Lack on an exclusive ES Fancast session and revealed whether Zuckerberg’s family was supportive of his martial arts training.

Lack asked Khai if he knew how Mark Zuckerberg’s family felt about his martial arts training. The Meta CEO is married to Priscilla Chan and has three daughters with her- August, Maxima, and Aurelia. The PFL fighter admitted that while he doesn’t know for sure, he assumes they do. Zuckerberg has been training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds a blue belt in the discipline.

“I don’t know [if his family supports his MMA training] but I remember his threads about the cage thing, that was super funny, with his wife. But no, I have no idea. I would assume that if he keeps training, they’re okay with it, you know,” he said on the exclusive ES Fancast interview.

Is the Mark Zuckerberg vs. Elon Musk fight off?

Wu also spoke about finding Zuckerberg accepting Elon Musk’s challenge for a cage fight amusing. This raises the question- is there any chance of the fight still happening? In June this year, Elon Musk replied to a tweet jokingly saying that he was up for a cage match against the Facebook founder. The next day, Zuckerberg accepted the challenge on his Instagram Story. This created quite a buzz in the combat sports and tech world, with UFC boss Dana White getting involved in order to try and make the fight.

The fight, however, never happened because Musk and Zuckerberg couldn’t agree on the details. Musk proposed that the battle take place in Italy’s Colosseum, but added that he would need surgery before the fight. He later volunteered a fighting session in Zuckerberg’s backyard, but Zuckerberg rejected and said the Tesla CEO was not serious and that it was time to move on. He also accused Musk of being insincere and wasting his time. This means their super fight is most definitely off.
