McGregor posted a picture on Twitter captioned ‘Yup ole boi’ with him dressing up as Captain Jack Sparrow from the popular movie series Pirates of the Caribbean. He wore a dark outfit from head to toe and a black bandana to go with it.

He posed next to his huge football souvenir containing a jersey of former Manchester United player and manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær. It isn’t fresh news that the UFC superstar is a Manchester United fan, with him showing support multiple times to the club on his social media.

Below this was memorabilia containing signed jerseys of Arsenal Legends, Thierry Henry, and Dennis Bergkamp. McGregor also framed a signed Robert Pires jersey. This shows that being a Manchester United fan, he isn’t shy to recognize and appreciate the legends of the sport.
Conor McGregor Is a Red Devil
Conor McGregor has shown support for Manchester united in several instances.
In 2019, he did an interview with ‘fifa.com’ posted on ‘manutd.com’, which highlighted his affection for the club. In one segment, he paid respect to club legends Denis Irwin and Roy Keane.

He said, “I was attracted to the success and winning mentality of the club and people surrounded by United. Irish legends like Denis Irwin and Roy Keane were dedicated to their craft and had that winning mentality. Roy Keane was one of the best midfielders European football has ever seen. Opponents would be mentally beaten before they’d even stepped on to the pitch to face him.”
He also mentions Sir Alex Ferguson in the interview. McGregor said, “Then they had the don of football at the helm, the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson. To have that much success over such a long period is remarkable and something I continue to aspire to.”

McGregor then mentioned Ole Gunnar Solskjær. He called him a “special man” and said that he did an “incredible job” with the club. He ended the interview by mentioning the impressive performances of Paul Pogba, Marcus Rashford, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Zlatan Ibrahimović.
