Joe Rogan explores subjects on his podcast with an open mind. This is what many viewers like about ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Back in 2019, former UFC fighter James Wilks appeared on episode #1393 alongside Chris Kresser, where they debated the controversial ‘The Game Changers’ documentary.
The documentary witnessed world-class athletes talk about being on a plant-based diet. This included Arnold Schwarzenegger, who has been Mr. Olympia seven times.

As per ‘Generation Iron‘ Schwarzenegger praised Rogan and commented, “Joe, I just want you to know I’m proud of you for always having an open mind and being willing to listen and change your mind about some things. According to ‘Insider‘, Schwarzenegger has been on a predominantly vegan diet for the past few years. However, he does consume meat now and then.
