Ninth-ranked UFC middleweight contender Uriah Hall took to Twitter to fire back at Darren Till. ‘Prime time’ called out the eight ranked middleweight fighter, Darren Till last month. In his post, he said, “Darren Till wanna do a backyard fight in your hometown?”

Till responded to the call-out in an interview with Ariel Helwani, saying, “There’s a big chance ill be fighting in London. … I know Uriah called me out. … He’s an ugly motherf**ker, but he’s not a bad fighter.”

Hall didn’t take nicely to this, and he responded viciously. In a tweet, he said, “Darren Till, every time you talk some sh*t, you get your a** handed to you. I guess this is another one of those moments. I’m gonna come to your country, I’m gonna beat our a** in front of your whole crowd, and I promise I’m gonna rearrange your face. Love Uriah.”

Both Till and Hall are coming off losses in their last performances. Till took on fellow middleweight contender Derek Brunson and lost via submission in the third round. After the fight, it was revealed that Till had suffered a knee injury coming into the fight, but opted to fight regardless.

Meanwhile, Uriah Hall lost a fight via a unanimous decision to surging contender Sean Strickland in his last showing. In his last fight, Hall was largely outclassed on the feet as Strickland, used his classic pressure striking and stiff jab to grab the victory.

Since then, Hall has called out, ‘The Gorilla’ for a bounce-back fight that will decide who still remains in the title contention picture at 185 pounds.

However, Till did not walk out to any music when he fought during the pandemic. When fighting at the Apex or on Fight Island in Abu Dhabi, Till did not walk out to any music. This is because there were no fans when he fought at those events.

Till is a fan-friendly fighter and loves to entertain the crowd, so without the fans in attendance, he did not feel the need for music.
