Conor McGregor has always opted to tweet and let the verbal wars commence on the social media platform. Recently, the former UFC champion challenged Paul McGrath and PJ Gallagher to a match. Although he declared that any money received would go to charity, fans did not fail to notice the age of the ones challenged by McGregor. Furthermore, the UFC fans decided to remind McGregor of his deed from 2019, calling it irony, as he accused McGrath of attacking an elderly man in his sixties.

Nonetheless, McGregor’s challenge did not go unnoticed. Moreover, as the argument between McGrath’s son and the ‘Notorious’ went on, fans came to the comments section to display their absolute confusion.
Conor McGregor reminded of his deed
Conor McGregor previously challenged the former defender for Manchester United, Paul McGrath, and PJ Gallagher to a two versus one fight. He took to Twitter and issued a challenge to McGrath and Gallagher. However, the conversation turned into another phase when McGrath’s son, Mitch McGrath, decided to intervene. The ‘Notorious’ recently wrote, “I guess me an aul McGrath are two of the same what hahahahaa ah stop! I’m going to mince the sons nose and leave him without teeth. All in aid of charity of course.”
Mitch McGrath replied to the post and said, “Set it up you want my old man you can go for it after me.” Surprisingly, the ‘Mystic Mac’ took the bait and simply asked him where he was, and he’ll come to him.
Furthermore, the news of Paul McGrath assaulting an old man reached the ‘Mystic Mac’. In response to the news, the former double champion wrote, “Is this not your da? Attacking a 60 year old man. And no problem, where are you now I’ll meet you today.” However, McGregor was reminded of the incident where he himself punched an old man.
Moreover, many fans were seemingly confused by the conversation. All the while, many others kept reminding the former featherweight and lightweight champion about him punching an old man at the pub.

Back in 2019, a video of the highest-paid UFC star punching an old man in an Irish bar circled all over the internet. McGregor bought a drink of Proper No 12 whiskey for everyone in the bar. However, an elderly person denied the drink. Although McGregor offered the cup twice by putting it in front of the man, he still denied it. That was when the problem began.
McGregor lost his cool and threw a left directly at the old man’s face. Immediately, two men came in to hold the fighter back. Although the policemen opened an investigation, McGregor wasn’t charged with any offense. Furthermore, the entire incident went down as soon as it had risen, only to be dug up 3 years later.
