Spotify commentator Joe Rogan seems to be a huge fan of Elon Musk’s Tesla cars. In episode #1849 of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the podcaster was heard talking about the advantages and disadvantages of having a Tesla car with guest Rich Benoit- an American car enthusiast and YouTuber.

He said, “If I had to only have one car, might be the Tesla because it’s like so easy to drive. But the charging thing is a b**ch. I didn’t have one at my house and I didn’t have one here, a charging port. Like, if I lived in an apartment and I couldn’t get charged anywhere.”

“Like, that’s, I have friends that don’t have a charging thing at their house and it’s f**king annoying. You got to go somewhere.”

Previously, on the JRE, he said several nice things about Tesla cars.

Benoit was of the opinion that many people are willing to live with the inconveniences that come with Tesla cars. He supported his statements by saying that Tesla owners have the longest lease terms and payment terms in comparison to other manufacturers.

The JRE guest even spoke about how some people have had to write petitions to install charging stations because they live in apartments without those facilities.

Both the personalities further discussed Tesla’s charging infrastructure.

Joe Rogan: His collection of cars

The famous UFC color commentator has spoken about cars on his podcast several times. In fact, Rogan has a great collection of cars himself.

As reported by ‘JRE Library‘, a ‘1973 Chevrolet Chevelle’ was his first car and later a 1994 Toyota Supra Turbo. Per their report, Rogan currently owns a Tesla Model S P100D, a 1993 Porsche 964 RS America, and a 2005 BMW E46 M3 among several other cars.

Joe Rogan also loves restored and modified cars and owns at least four such vehicles. He is a fan of old-school looks mixed with reliable and new technology.

Apart from keeping cars in his home garage, he also keeps a few at his podcast studio.
