UFC analyst and color commentator Joe Rogan blew onto the mainstream as the host of the 2000s cult-hit show Fear Factor. And has steadily climbed the ladder of fame and success ever since. Today, Rogan probably gets recognized as the host of his own podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. Because the podcast is one of the biggest hits on the streaming platform, Spotify. The podcast host rarely feels star-spangled but wants to meet a popular Hollywood star.

He admitted in front of his 12 million listeners he wants to meet Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt. Recently, the 55-year-old spoke about Academy award-winning actor Brad Pitt’s unusual disorder with astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson. He further elaborated on his point in episode #1913 of JRE, where he dissected this weird condition.

The BJJ-Black belter admitted he never got a chance to meet the 59-year-old ‘Troy’ actor. But admitted he wanted to.

“I’d like to, though. I think he’s probably pretty cool. By all accounts.” Rogan said to his guest for the episode, Brian Redban, when asked if the UFC color commentator had ever met Brad Pitt.

This is a rare instance, as Rogan is a huge celebrity and gets to hang out with the biggest celebrities on his podcast. However, he really admired the ‘Fight Club’ actor and hopes to run into him someday.

But he couldn’t wrap his head around Pitt’s inability to tell faces apart. The ‘Babylon (2022)’ actor has a rare neurological disorder called Prosopagnosia. Which meant that he couldn’t distinguish or remember new people by their faces.

The MMA aficionado asked his guest, Redban, “You know (Brad Pitt) he’s got that thing where you can’t recognize faces?”

And questioned, “Isn’t that bizarre?”

Generally, people associate memories of a person with their face. But that’s not the case for someone who suffers from Prosopagnosia or Face Blindness.

Joe Rogan hypothesized how Pitt would’ve dealt with social interactions and put himself in his shoes.

“Like, why is everybody so friendly and everything? I don’t even know who the f*ck anybody is.”

“You have to recognize people by the way they move and the noises they make.” and joked about the ‘Seven’ actor’s condition.

“Whiplash” director Damien Chazelle’s Babylon was released in the U.S. on December 23, 2022. It features Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie in the lead roles among an ensemble cast of supporting actors. However, the film opened to mixed reviews from critics and audiences alike.
