Joe Rogan is arguably the most successful podcaster around. The 55-year-old is also known as an integral part of the UFC. He started his career in stand-up comedy and moved up the ladder to reach where he is today. Despite his success, Rogan is looked at as a family man and as someone who appears to have mastered the art of work-life balance.
In episode 1947 of his popular podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, Rogan hosted Chris Distefano. The stand-up comedian and On-air personality asked his secrets of the successful balance and the host rightfully responded.

Chris Distefano said that it appeared, knowing Joe Rogan, that he would be a lovely dad. He further asked Rogan how he had managed to remain a man whose family was still a priority for him. Responding to the questions from his guest, the former Fear Factor host explained how he thought money and success were things people never had enough of.
Joe Rogan on work-life balance
Chris Distefano asked Rogan, “How do I get you know the financial success and also be there at the same time? But I’m hearing from you, maybe it’s just, you know, well, it’s you know.” Rogan was of the opinion that success and money had no end to it. He said that everyone out there wanted to earn more and get bigger. He even took the examples of Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos.

Joe Rogan said, “I would be a liar. If I said that it happened, like, it’s a learning process, and I think once you have enough money. And I think a lot of people don’t. I think a lot of people once they get a ton of money. They want more and more and more like, you know, Jeff Bezos. Say I’m good, right Bill Gates doesn’t say I am good. We have billions let’s f***ing party right? But I think quality of life is the most important thing, right?
While Joe Rogan deals with his duties as a presenter for the UFC while being the busiest podcaster around, he makes it a point to find time for family and friends.
Rogan, on several occasions, has mentioned how he loves to spend time with his daughters. All these are pieces of evidence that Rogan has actually been able to strike a balance between his work and time for himself, which he calls living in the moment.
