Jon Jones balancing intense training and playful pranks
Jon Jones was in the midst of a workout session with his team, preparing for his next fight. Suddenly, they all started moving their hips and keeping their hands on their waist. Jones was caught off guard and thought that he was the target of a prank. He was expecting Ashton Kutcher to pop out and reveal that he was part of a hidden camera show.
The former light heavyweight champ took to social media to share his experience with his followers and uploaded a now-deleted story with the caption, “Never a doll moment working alongisde these guys. I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to pop out at any moment. Felt like we were being punk’d” This lighthearted moment gave Jones a break from his intense training schedule and allowed him to have a little fun with his team.
