The former fear factor host also brings in famous personalities to share their thoughts on his acclaimed podcast that made him successful.
This time Rogan brought neuroscientist Andrew Huberman onto his talk show. The duo discussed a variety of aspects including the UFC commentator’s problem with the pure carnivore diet.
Joe Rogan shares his struggles with a pure carnivore diet

The podcaster was very open to sharing his problems with the unusual diet with Huberman. Rogan dug deep into his workout routine to show the issue that he has with such a diet.
Rogan shared with Huberman, “The problem that I had with pure carnivore was that I workout very hard.” The main issue with this diet that the podcaster faces is his struggle and low-energy with his workouts.
He continued, “And when I workout very hard with pure carnivore. I was struggling. I din’t like it. When I added fruit though, I didn’t have the same problem you had… 90% of my diet is just meat and fruit…”
Joe Rogan criticized people who add ‘500 calories of b*llsh*t nonsense’
The UFC commentator did not hesitate to call out the people who do not understand the purpose of the diet plan. Rogan shared what he adds to his diet along with meat and fruits.

He continued, “I’ll eat a salad if I feel like eating a salad. I enjoy salads and I always make sure I’m only putting olive oil and balsamic vinegar. that’s all I use. It’s like bullsh*t salad dressing.. It’s all garbage.”
Lastly, he blasted the people for eating ‘500 calories’ worth of additions to their salad. He added, “So many people think they’re eating well. My God you have 500 calories of f*cking nonsense on your salad… It’s not good for you”.
