With an expense of $21 million, the UFC Sphere earned the promotion a massive $22 million in gate revenue as well as the appreciation from the community for being the first and only promotion, that dared to host a sports event at the $2 billion Sphere. The UFC CEO Dana White made sure to show levels to his competitors when he announced the Sphere event but the MMA community was skeptical about the event due to the lack of star power. However, last the event went live, White made sure to shut his critics down. Now, after a month, ‘Triple H’ appears to be enticed to host an event there.

He further appreciated Dana White and the UFC for setting the bar for other promotions to follow, “It’s amazing to see what they do at the level they do it, and there’s nothing like them in the world. I think, for me, to be in this right now, to have the partners that we have, to have the talent we have, and the product that we are able to put out there—there’s nothing like what we do.”

Regardless, after the event, Dana White emphasized that they would not comeback to the Sphere ever again. This statement by the UFC CEO really saddened the fans, who failed to witness the Sphere. However, it appears that the UFC CEO might have a change of thought. While having a conversation with the media, White stated that they might come back to Sphere, “It’s almost a shame that you’re only going to get to see this once.”

He further added, “That’s why I keep saying, if everything goes well and we’re happy with it at the end, I think we reformat this thing, and you can go and watch it again at the Sphere.”The MMA community had only one complaint about the promotion: the event lacked the star power it required. However, Dana White might not make the same mistake again. Who do you think could bring the necessary star power to another UFC Sphere 2? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
